User Data Deletion

Regardless of how you connect to Ossau (Google, Apple, Facebook or email/password), you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data at any time, in accordance with GDPR.

Data affected by deletion:

• Profile information (name, first name, photo)
• Email address and login data
• External identifiers (Google, Apple, Facebook)
• Activities created and participations
• Messages and conversations
• Carpooling history
• Application preferences and settings

Complete deletion: This request results in the permanent deletion of your Ossau account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Processing time: Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
